Ecademy banned by Digg?

I've just tried submitting an Ecademy page to Digg.com to be told that "Ecademy.com" is on the banned list by Digg.

From reading other material on being banned by Digg.com, it seems that you only need 10 entries on Digg.com to be seen as spam and your site is banned for life, with little room for appeal.

If that has happened to Ecademy it's a real shame as someone, somewhere in our community has clearly upset Digg.com. According to their FAQ the reason for banning a site is if it clearly plagiarises material.

Have you seen any way of arguing with Digg about being banned?
