How do you give feedback to YOUR High Performers?

Giving feedback to anyone who works for us is always a bit nerve-wracking. So think about giving feedback to high performers!! If all you give them is praise - and I hope you give them lots of that anyway, but what about the need to give them feedback on areas where they are a wee bit annoying, or where they really do need to change some behaviours?? Would you bother? Or would you just ake the easy way out and say nothing because you don't want to risk losing or offending them??

How do you give feedback to YOUR High Performers?

This is seriously an important topic. I read the article by Wayne Mansfield who touched some key points. Any contrived feedback at that level hurts; it must be genuine, objective and caring. Regards, Mehmet Yildiz
