If you won ten million today, what would you do differently?

Would you carry on being polite to the same people? Even the ones who drive you nuts?

Would you remain in the same job?

Would you stay with the same life partner?

Is the absence of money a significant factor in the major decisions that you take, or do not take?

And here's the $64,000 question -

SHOULD IT BE??

It would be a burden. It's way to much money. I'd settle for £250,000 and buy a new car. Nothing flash, the new Ford KA looks good. Jeni Hooper Happy2Learn a good childhood lasts a lifetime are you interested in work/life balance and family life? Then join us in Family Matters

If you won ten million today, what would you do differently?

I'd buy a slightly bigger house (with maybe a gym) and then carry on as before. If I bought a really big house I'd need to fill it and knowing me I just wouldn't know when to stop spending so I'd end up with a house full. And I'd get a cleaner.

If you won ten million today, what would you do differently?

It's interesting to hear what everybody else would do. Truth is I'm not really sure. I would rather be given the 10 million and then make the decision Regards Gordon

If you won ten million today, what would you do differently?

The absence of money in a significant factor in the life of anyone who doesn't have a lot to begin with. For me, to have more money wouldn't change me as a person, but it would change my lifestyle somewhat. I would invest a portion of the money in my business and invest some more in the various projects I've been working on over the last few years... If you won ten million today, what would you do differently?

Amanda I would buy you a good boiler to restore your hot water. Then I would spend loads on wine, women and song. Probably after that i'd waste the rest. Charlie Robertson

I've worked out that I could take a 20 year break, living on half a million a year.. which is quite easy to do... Be a kept woman ! I'd use the time to do some voluntary work with young people. Lynda LynMarie Virtual Assistants Ltd T: 0191 6454747 W. www.lynmarie-va.co.uk

If you won ten million today, what would you do differently?

In answer to hsoudl it be?........well, on a practcal level it has to be I think. Though there is a huge difference to considering it and letting it be the control of your behvaiours. I read an article today by Michael neill which asked you to define all you tasks by I want to ....(something you are keen to do)..... I should.....(something you feel you should to do to be something) and I have to.....(something I must do in order to do something else). The general idea being you should do as many tasks form the I want standpoint and not the I have to, I think it is the same for money. If you won ten million today, what would you do differently?

I'd ditch the IT job full time, and invest a large sum in taking on the UK national event security companies.. I'd buy a motor yacht with a dive platform (Nothing like Roman's, but I could get a nice one for about £350,000), a couple of nice cars - probably back to Lexus and probably hybrids, A nice bike... a house in London and our house in Cardiff, and by the, I'd be skint - but would have everything material I've ever wanted in life, and would hopefully be happy for a little while.. meaning my wages from the security venture would only go to pay electric, council tax, and diesel for the boat. If you won ten million today, what would you do differently?

I certainly can, it is in the plans for next year at some point. I am going to travel through Africa. However, I want to compete in the athletics season too and finish a couple of projects which I am in the process of setting up. If financial constraints / planning etc were not an issue I could shoot off now and not need to put in place the post travelling framework I am setting up. I could also take the people with me who I wouldnt want to leave behind working. If you won ten million today, what would you do differently?

I would head off with my backpack and go travelling again. Though maybe I wouldnt be so keen on haggling and shopping around until I had a room for under £2 a night. Then I would be back into the same field with more focus on writing my two books and increasing the numbers of people I help change their mind, body and fitness. Would that be 10 million and sixty four thousand? Or is the 64k deducted from the 10 mil? We need to know. I'd be very happy with a spangly new studio.
