UFO sighting on M5 near Weston Super Mare

These UFOs just love Britain at the moment. It must be the weather.

The latest sighting was by Michael Madden, a Royal Navy aircraft engineer on the M5 near junction 21 at 9:50pm on Sunday night.

It is described as a flying disk which hovered for three minutes before flying off at an incredible speed.

I assume that a Royal Navy aircraft engineer is pretty clued up on planes or have the defence cuts gone further than reported?

UFO sighting on M5 near Weston Super Mare

The thing about Junc21, as any pilot will know, is that - its in the middle of the RNAS Yeovilton controlled-fly zone. This is an area which extends about 10miles around Yeovilton, and then out to the Severn like a loud haller - the northern side along the southern area of the Bristol Hills, the southern edge along the Quantocks. Want to test your advanced flying system, and think someone may have seen it - get an RNAS engineer to say he spotted a UFO would be a great cover story..... I am convinced that there are other life forms out there, so hence thinks its just a matter of time before we get confirmed UFO sightings. I am also convinced that there is a higher life form out, and hence believe in a God - but to imagine either, both require an amount of personal belief FREE-cademy - no dollars, no blackstars, no OJ - just FREE networking!

UFO sighting on M5 near Weston Super Mare

Hen Parties | Hen Party Ideas | Pamper Parties | Workplace Massage | Pampering Gift Ideas I watched a piece on the BBC news about UFO sightings a couple of weeks ago. Now I'm totally agnostic about all this so I take the view that their existence hasn't been proved but equally hasn't been disproved. I take the same agnostic & logical approach to the concept of God or spirituality. What frustrated me about the news piece is that it was treated as a silly joke item which portrays the underlying assumption that anyone claiming to have seen a UFO must be bonkers... Yet in the same news broadcast they covered stories involving religion with complete seriousness... Personally I treat religious beliefs and UFO sightings with a certain amount of doubt... But when comparing UFO stories with religious stories I find the former far more plausible - but wonder why it is treated with such disdain whether the subject is covered on the news or down the pub?
