Adam Maghrouri enjoys sharing his rich familial heritage. His ancestors ruled Persia, the area currently known as Iran, until 1925, when a famous coup d’etat occurred. Adam Maghrouri descends from Agha Muhammed, a Qajar tribesman of the Quyunlu branch of sheepherders, who assumed control of the region after defeating rival tribes during the beginning of the 18th century. A Turkoman group, the Qajar Royal Dynasty is thought to share a lineage with Genghis Khan, the great Mongolian warrior. One of Khan’s sons had a daughter named Ka-An-Lo; she held direct ties to the Qajars.
Adam Maghrouri attended Herringswell Manor School in Bury St. Edmunds, Great Britain, before relocating to the United States. He has since built a lucrative sales and business development career in North America.
Over the past 11 years, Adam Maghrouri has served in multiple directorial and executive roles, focusing on sales and business development. He spent time with SOTAS, ECTEL, and Mantas-Subex Azure before joining Omniglobe International, a company that offers India-based outsourcing services for software development, legal and administrative assistance, and telephone communications. As Vice President of Americas for Omniglobe International, Adam Maghrouri established and led the sales team. He also recruited various marketing professionals and sales engineers. Further, Adam Maghrouri developed sales and marketing plans, setting objectives and measuring performance against goals.
Presently, Adam Maghrouri serves as the President of the Americas for iConnectiva, headquartered in New York. In this role, he oversees the daily efforts of the firm’s Americas organization. iConnectiva provides financial management and business performance software, including ONEREVIEW, to telecommunications operators
