How do you give feedback to YOUR High Performers?
Giving feedback to anyone who works for us is always a bit nerve-wracking. So think about giving feedback to high performers!! If all you give them is praise - and I hope you give them lots of that anyway, but what about the need to give them feedback on areas where they are a wee bit annoying, or where they really do need to change some behaviours?? Would you bother?
