While this graphic uses US based data, from memory there is little variance between US & UK gender data.The interesting thing here is that fact that most are balanced, with the exception of Thinking/ feeling. This is interesting as EQ (Emotional Intelligence) is becoming increasingly important in the business world, this could mean that men may find certain things increasingly challenging in the traditional workplace.It also means that the way we sell and influence needs to change depending on our audience.
