Bob Jain




Bob Jain possesses more than 18 years of experience in the competitive and fast-paced industry of investment banking. As Managing Director of Credit Suisse, an international financial services group, Bob Jain supervises Equities Trading and Products and Risk, and runs Global Arbitrage Trading. In addition to his responsibilities as Managing Director, Bob Jain also serves as Co-Head of Global Securities within Credit Suisse's Investment Banking group in New York. At Credit Suisse, Bob Jain is also a member of the Global Equity Management Committee and the Credit Suisse Management Council, as well as sitting on or chairing various other Committees throughout the institution. After joining Credit Suisse Group AG in 1996, Bob Jain served in the London and New York offices of the investment bank, transitioning from Vice President and Head of Index Arbitrage of the Americas to Head of Arbitrage Strategies, Program Trading and Advanced Execution Services in Equities. Before becoming part of the Credit Suisse Group AG team, Bob Jain operated as an Options Trader with O'Connor & Associates. Bob Jain has garnered recognition for his work from a number of reputable business publications, including Bloomberg, The New York Sun, The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine, and The FINANCIAL. Bob Jain also holds a license as a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Cornell University. Dedicated to education reform, Bob Jain has been highly involved with the creation of a charter school and the continued success of his primary education institution, Hunter College High School. Bob Jain is also a Trustee of the Rubin Museum of Art in New York.
